Get to Know the Role
Part of Central Operation team. Support cities and central to perform operations in efficient approach by identifying operational pain points, developing internal process and plans. You will be reporting to the Manager and work onsite in our Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Develop operational processes for our campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operate campaigns
- Gather insights to improve product capability and efficient operations process for supporting demand planning.
- Prepare regular reports on campaigns participations and team goals achievement
- Lead and improve productivity of a large team across multiple campaign operations responsibilities.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Possess minimum a Bachelor's Degree
- Min. 2+ years of experience in Operations
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Experienced in executing complex tasks
- Experienced with problem-solving task
