Get to Know the Team
You will be a member of the Driver operations and Community team which is one the primary functions of managing supply over 100K across the country. We have taken care of our drivers since day one and ensure "Best in class Driver platform experience". Work here is inter-disciplinary – a combination of strategy initiative, data analyzing and operation.
Get to Know the Role
As part of the Driver Operations and Community team, you'll help shape the experience of over 100,000 drivers nationwide. Our mission is to ensure that drivers receive the best-in-class platform experience and communication is at the heart of that. You will offer a dynamic blend of strategy, data, and operations, giving you hands-on exposure to end-to-end campaign execution.
You'll create and drive content strategies across several platforms including websites, blogs, in-app, and social media to meet our goals such as increasing traffic or product adoption. From developing communications to managing campaigns, you'll work with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that every message is clear, and impactful. You will report to Senior Manager, Driver Management and work on site
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Create a content strategy on a variety of platforms including websites, blogs and social media to expand a company's communications in a way that achieves certain goals like traffic or product adoption.
- Develop communications requests/campaigns and delivery with responsible and with the deadline.
- Use communication tools and medium (in-app, SMS, social media, blog, etc.) for publishing communications/campaigns.
- Work with the graphic design and production team to ensure effective communication.
- Also, work with the driver community team and other departments (Creative, Operations, Marketing) to ensure tasks are on points to our needs for minimizing risk of misunderstanding.
- Support local strategic projects and communication needs for different projects (ad-hoc or otherwise)
- Craft clear and well-written messages quickly which are delivered clear and impactful.
- Analyze campaign and content performance on feed and be able to identify solutions on how to improve upon.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- At least 3+ years of experience as a content writer, with an educational background in Marketing, Creative, Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Thai and English)
- Critical thinking and own opinions to help business move forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
