Get to Know the Team

As part of the Vietnam Commercial team, Omnicommerce is an exciting and fast-growing function focused on shaping Grab's offline-to-online (O2O) ecosystem. Our mission is to build integrated solutions where restaurants and merchants succeed by tapping into Grab's full suite of services — bridging the online and offline customer experience.

Get to Know the Role

You will help grow multiple O2O projects such as Dine-Out Deals, Reservations, Loyalty Programs, and other Offline-to-Online solutions that enhance user engagement and bring measurable impact to our merchant partners.

From brainstorming and strategy to execution and scaling, you'll build new growth engines for Grab.

You will report to Head, GrabMart & Omnicommerce.

You will work onsite at HCMC.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Campaign & Pitch Planning: Build tailored pitch decks to unlock new merchant opportunities, especially in the F&B space. This will ensure a steady pipeline of quality leads and more useful merchant acquisition.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Facilitate collaborative efforts with marketing and KAM/sales teams to create promotional calendars, schemes, and deals that promote merchant engagement and customer acquisition.
  • Sales Enablement Materials: Design and deploy sales strategies to empower our teams, ensuring messaging campaign execution across departments. Develop sales strategies and toolkits that equip our teams to engage and convert merchants. This will ensure consistency, scalability, and stronger sales execution across teams.
  • Merchant Engagement Strategy: Develop strategic engagement plans that go beyond deal tracking and focus on long-term merchant success.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • At least 2 years of experience in F&B business development or marketing.
  • Experience with F&B business landscape
  • Experience brainstorming and creating pitch decks.
  • Manage time and bring from strategy to execution.
