Get to Know the Role
This is a regional, individual contributor role, and you will report to the Head of Leadership & Talent based onsite in our Kuala Lumpur office. As a Senior Specialist in the Leadership & Talent team, your work will directly contribute to:
- Develop our leaders with the right skills and mindsets to drive high performance and sustainable growth
- Build a skills-based talent system that empowers Grabbers and teams to grow their skills and to bring impact through our mission.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across POD and other teams to prioritise and problem solve leadership and talent challenges.
- Design and implement high impact leadership and talent initiatives with guidance, including structured leadership development journeys and interventions to develop future ready leaders.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You will require critical skills in:
- Adaptive execution: drive end-to-end execution independently, experiment and improve quickly based on feedback.
- Facilitating change: learn and adapt through challenges and changes, challenge the status quo in favour of better ways to deliver impact, and develop solutions while navigating constraints.
- Collaboration with diverse stakeholders: engage stakeholders at different levels to drive execution, and influence them by sharing relevant data/ information and a well-reasoned point of view.
- Communication: convey ideas and information in a clear and structured manner – both verbally and in writing.
- Self mastery: strong ownership and responsibility, able to look for solutions and ask for help when needed.
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Executing and scaling impactful leadership and talent programmes
- Supporting complex projects
- Building and applying skills frameworks
- Enabling behaviour/ culture change in a diverse organisation
