Get to Know the Team

Grab SMB Self Serve solution allows Merchants to engage the Grab Audience via innovative online and offline advertising experiences. Through our unique ecosystem and transacting user base, our clients can reach their desired audiences at scale, while driving measurable outcomes.

Get to Know the Role

As the business owner of Self Serve Ads, you will manage the development of business strategies, setting strategic objectives, and driving growth of Self Serve Ads in the Philippines. Further responsibilities involve promoting and delivering self-serve marketing services to country teams and collaborating with key stakeholders to devise advertising solutions for widespread merchant adoption.

You will report directly to the Head, Partner Solutions. You will be based onsite at our Ortigas office with flexible work arrangements.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will work with the local Commercial Strategy team to deliver OKR; responsible for advertisers acquisition & retention for our merchant self-serve solutions
  • You will understand country specifics, provide business recommendations and suggestions, collaborate with country business stakeholders to prioritize projects and ensure successful execution
  • You will be a subject matter expert on the Marketing Manager platform.
  • You will articulate product positioning, sign-up process, key features, reporting and optimisation
  • You will drive merchants' success through engagement with country and regional key stakeholders and to guarantee a smooth work process on Self Serve products
  • You will strengthen Self Serve B2B marketing and CRM efforts, engage MEX throughout their lifecycle, drive business growth, and facilitate best practice sharing to improve and success
  • You will conduct ongoing self-serve operation/ business reviews.
  • You will drive team learning through performance insights, identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, enhance our strategies and operation by leveraging data analytics
  • You will develop new business opportunities to drive additional business & up-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have 5+ years of experience in sales/ads in t he tech, digital sectors or growth startup sectors.
  • You have knowledge on Advertising and digital ads ecosystem preferred, SMB focused experience
  • You have team management skills to motivate and guide the team, articulate goals and provide feedback, adept delegation capabilities, and proficiency in conflict resolution
