Job Description
Get to know the Team
Procure-to-Pay (PTP) team is responsible for processing and managing outgoing payments for our company, ensuring payments are made promptly. We collaborate with different team to support seamless financial operations and contribute to successful month-end closing activities.
Get to know the Role
You will be reporting to Finance Manager, PTP and shall be responsible in supporting all Accounts Payable related activities. Your key accountabilities includes ensuring service delivery in accordance to SLAs / KPIs and quality review. You will provides clear direction and leadership to the team in line with Finance Ops Support & Services strategy.
This role is based on-site in our Petaling Jaya office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will support all Accounts Payable Invoice related activities to ensure smooth operations.
- You will ensure service delivery in accordance with SLAs/KPIs and conduct quality reviews to maintain high standards.
- You will provide clear direction and leadership to the team in alignment with the Finance Ops Support & Services strategy.
- You will assist the Manager in identifying areas for process optimization and perform quality reviews to ensure adherence to defined policies and procedures.
- You will maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and metric controls while ensuring full compliance with SOX controls.
- You will help lead the Accounts Payable Invoice Team, while actively proposing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- At least 5 years of experiences in the finance/ accounting field.
- Knowledgeable on PTP and AP processes with hands-on experience in SSC and financial impact
- Knowledge of AP process with in-depth knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements
