Get to Know the Team

The Digital Goods B2B team is part of GrabKios, established initially as Kudo, and is responsible for managing Digital Goods supply and demand/sales at GrabKios. Kios plays a vital role within the Grab Indonesia ecosystem, in Digital Goods, supporting various vertical activities and directly engaging consumers. Our team is made up of enthusiastic individuals with a desire for progress and development.

Get to Know the Role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Digital Goods Business team in Indonesia. This critical role entails managing and expanding key client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction within the rapidly evolving digital goods industry. This role is important to our success, as we are looking for you to manage these responsibilities. In return, you will grow with us and make a significant impact. You will report to Head, Digital Goods B2B & Business Development. You will be based onsite in the Grab Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the acquisition of new partners and billers
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with assigned existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
  • Orchestrate collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional services that align with client needs and expectation
  • Execute negotiations for contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the organization
  • Conduct formal client meetings and deliver professional presentations to showcase new products and services performance
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and digital goods market dynamics through continuous research and analysis
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and process improvements within the account management team, fostering a and innovation

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • -Minimum 5 years of experience in account management in the digital goods or related industry
  • -Strong understanding of digital goods market trends
  • -Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • -Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
