The ACE team innovates world-class solutions for millions in Southeast Asia, making Grab a top delivery platform. Their experimental approach uses customer feedback to design features.
Get to Know the Role
You will be reporting to the Software Engineering Manager II. Your work will help millions by developing mobile apps used daily by tens of millions, crafted to ensure seamless service with failure and fallback solutions.
This is a paid internship role and is based onsite in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will onboard to Grab mobile app development for GrabFood eater.
- You will develop technical documentation, including code comments, architecture diagrams, and guides.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using debugging tools and techniques.
- You will communicate solutions to partners and customers, staying updated with Android trends to improve processes and quality.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Only for candidates who are available to start in July 2025 and able to commit a minimum of 3 months internship.
- Your studies as a major in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology/Science.
- Working knowledge in programming tools and languages such as Golang, Python
- You have an ability to structure data and write algorithms
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
