Get to Know the Team
The Product Operations Team sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and scale, being the connective tissue between product, business, and on-the-ground teams. We work with cross-functional stakeholders across Southeast Asia to ensure that product solutions are innovative, operationally practical and locally relevant. Our scope spans the entire product lifecycle—from go-to-market planning and feature rollouts to performance monitoring and continuous feedback loops. Whether it's Mobility, Deliveries, or Payments, our mission is to drive product excellence and operational readiness at scale.
Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Senior Product Operations Leader, The Product Operations Manager will help optimise our product development lifecycle, ensure efficient operations, and drive alignment between product, business, and other teams. You will work cross-functionally to improve product processes, enhance workflows, and help our teams scale.
This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategic Leadership: Lead strategic planning programs, business review sessions, and provide operational support for the product strategy and operations team.
- Program management: Act as a liaison between product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Product Rollout Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of product feature rollouts, including detailed scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Process Optimisation: Develop and implement internal operational processes to drive standardisation and continuous improvement across multiple teams.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data to identify issues, provide value-added insights, and lead strategic programs.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the lifecycle of strategic programs from planning to execution, ensuring impactful change and tangible value delivery.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in product operations, program/product management, or a related operational role, preferably in a tech environment.
- You have project management skills with experience in agile methodologies.
- You have experience working with product management tools (e.g., Jira,) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
- You will have experience applying qualitative sense-making with quantitative, data-driven insights, ensuring that all decisions are grounded in analysis and practical understanding.
- You can develop and monitor Objectives and Key Results.
