The Tech for Good Institute (TFGI), founded by Grab, is an independent non-profit think tank focused on harnessing technology's positive impact in Southeast Asia. Join us as a Digital Content and Engagement Intern, contributing to our mission of using technology for social impact. Gain valuable experience in digital marketing and content creation in a dynamic, fully on-site role.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will develop digital content strategies and manage social media scheduling.
- You will create engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
- You will collaborate on brainstorming ideas for digital campaigns.
- You will design basic graphics for digital platforms.
- You will analyse engagement metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- You will update the institute's website.
- You will organise and promote virtual events and webinars.
- You will research trends in technology for social good and digital marketing.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Undergraduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Express ideas in writing and verbally, encouraging positive team interactions.
- Proficient in social media platforms, content management systems, and graphic design tools.
- Experience with analytics, data interpretation, and digital marketing through internships or volunteering.
- Demonstrated interest in technology for social good and understanding of digital marketing trends.
- Collaborative skills in team settings.
- Knowledge of tech-driven social and economic issues in Southeast Asia.
