Get to Know the Role

The ID Rental Estate & Operations Associate will manage the daily operations and maintenance of rental estate facilities and vehicle pools. You will ensure the smooth functioning of all estate-related activities, including facility management, procurement, budget control, and compliance with company policies. Reporting to the manager, you will be based in our BSD office. We may ask you for occasional travel to several facility locations across Indonesia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Facility Management:

  • Oversee maintenance and operations of rental estate facilities, including offices and vehicle pools.
  • Manage estate service partners to ensure compliance with service contracts.
  • Ensure facilities meet safety and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and renovation projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure task completion.
  • Prepare and submit reports and documentation.

General Affairs:

  • Oversee administrative tasks like managing office supplies and pantry needs.
  • Be a PIC/Event Organizer for pool activities.
  • Coordinate with procurement for office supplies and facility items.
  • Handle tenant management, including rental payments and concerns.
  • Manage petty cash and utility payments.
  • Review stock take of salvage and assets.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or operations.
  • Experience managing large-scale facility operations.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes .
  • Familiarity with safety, security and compliance regulations.
  • History of working effectivity with stakeholders across all levels within or outside of organization
  • Sound technical skillset able to perform hands-on troubleshooting and make recommendations.
