As part of the Grab Commercial and Support Analytics team, you will work with experienced individuals from different backgrounds and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Get to Know the Role
As a Regional Business Analytics - Senior Manager for Grab Support, you will lead a team and drive insights to enhance our customer and partner experiences. Reporting to the Head of GS Strategy, Analytics, and Country Operations, you will manage complex projects, lead a team of experienced analysts, and collaborate with multiple teams to provide world-class analytics support. This role is based in One North HQ, Singapore.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will:
- Lead a team of Business Analysts, plan and prioritise projects, and ensure value delivery to the business and operational teams
- Influence across your team, cross-functional technical and business teams, and senior stakeholders
- Translate business strategies or complex problems into requirements with data insights and solutions to serve organisational needs
- Share the organisational vision and collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, and Operations partners to deliver data measurement and insights
- Influence department leads and ensure alignment with goals by working with multiple stakeholders, and develop data solutions
- Manage analytics projects, prioritise needs, and manage the team's deliverables for stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to use data insights and provide recommendations on solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams on data architecture and environment as the domain expert
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of both Support and Commercial data to support operational success for our service agents and account managers
- Implement large-scale data integrations and understand data pipeline and reporting processes
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- We are looking for someone who has at least 8 years of data analytics experience
- You have experience managing an analytics team
- You have project management skills in delivering projects
- You can work with stakeholders across several organisation levels and several cultures
- You have main knowledge of data programming (Python, R)
- You are well versed in analytical tools such as Power Apps, PowerBI
- You have knowledge in SQL to extract large disconnected datasets on Azure/ AWS data platform
- You are familiar with strategy and commercial sales experience is good to have.
