Get to Know the Team

The Grab Commercial & Support team drives business growth and ensures customer satisfaction. We collaborate with other departments and monitor performance metrics to improve commercial programs and provide exceptional service experiences.

Get to Know the Role

This role is necessary for optimizing sales processes and supporting the sales team can achieve their targets. Main responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, providing operational support, and collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive sales programs.

  • You will report to the Manager - Regional Commercial Ops, GFB
  • You will work onsite at Ho Chi Minh City.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Work within Grab For Business (GFB) GrabGifts (GG), and other Grab departments.
  • Manage Vietnam’s pre-billing operations, focusing on execution and performance indicators.
  • Lead pre-billing efforts to calculate invoices for Vietnam clients.
  • Increase pre-billing processes by working with BPIA, GFB product, and tech teams.
  • Map and improve manual workflows in collaboration with the BPIA team.
  • Develop automated billing solutions with the GFB product and tech teams.
  • Handle billing disputes with the collections team
  • Partner with other teams to enhance upstream and downstream processes to meet OKRs.
  • Ensure compliance with sales operations processes in collaboration with Central Ops.
  • Oversee onboarding, adoption, and governance of Salesforce CRM for sales teams.
  • Monitor and improve Salesforce CRM data integrity and quality per SOPs.
  • Lead internal projects to improve sales processes and integrate systems.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • English speaking and writing proficiency for engaging with regional partners in Southeast Asia.
  • 2-4 years in sales or commercial operations within B2B, SaaS, enterprise, corporate, or startup environments.
  • Track record in data analysis and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Grow in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment with integrity and respect.
  • Experience with using client experience tools like Salesforce CRM.
  • Comfortable with data analysis.
  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asia market.
