Get to Know the Role

  • You will primarily be focusing on helping to build and support our insurance operations across the region.
  • This role report to Manager, Insurance Operations and and working onsite..

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will build and support insurance operations across the region, including claims management and product distribution.
  • You will manage the Guarantee (Cargo Insurance) for the region, ensuring seamless claims experience and driving enhancements in product, tech, and processes.
  • You will handle general claims, being a liaison and managing inquiries from stakeholders for all products across the region.
  • You will collaborate with insurance partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support product distribution and customer experience initiatives, including training and issue resolution.
  • You will support financial operations by working with payment, finance, and FP&A teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
  • You will provide insurance advisory support by reviewing contracts and assessing operational risks for departments.
  • You will create business process improvements to enhance efficiency and achieve cost savings.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, finance, or actuarial science)
  • You have 5 years of experience in Insurance Products, Regulations, and Insurance Operations
  • Preferably have experience in claims related roles

The Good to Haves:

  • Hold any of the required qualifications necessary to become a General Insurance Agent
  • Previous experience working as an insurance broker or agent or financial adviser
