The team is a longstanding team responsible for growing demand and securing supply in Jabodetabek region. We make an impact by maintaining and growing specific customer segments on Grab Transport and Delivery Services, including our partner drivers as part of the ecosystem. Our team is made up of an operational team, a project management team and a marketing team. Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a 4W Partner Supply Acquisition & Management Manager to initiate, acquire, build multiples network, and maintain a good relationship with Grab driver partners community with Humility, Honor, Heart, and Hunger along with maintaining targeted supply in the Jabodetabek region. We believe a successful candidate has excellent communication, project management, and is target oriented. If you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you. This role is required because we want to grow the Grab business in Jabodetabek. You will report directly to the City Manager and require full-time Work From Office (WFO) or onsite with regular field visits.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You lead a team to creatively acquire and maintain multiple networks and relationship with upcoming and current Grab driver community through offline and online channels
- You responsible in supply stability within the designated area, including to strategically manage and expand the 4W hyperlocal driver communities to improve their engagement with Grab
- You plan, do, check, action (PDCA) for supply and demand projects to improve driver partners service quality and incorporated AI during some processes
- You will supervise daily operations in Supply Management including and not limited to partner acquisition, investigate, educate driver partners and demand generation
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have Heart, Hunger, Honor and Humility
- You are graduated from accredited university
- You have a excellent B2B management or community networking with track record with at least >5 years experience
- You can lead a project that has a significant impact on the organization with track record
- You have experience in project and PDCA management
- You are an experienced Google workspace users, especially Sheet with number processing
- You are knowledgeable of online transport and delivery business
- You are proficient in Bahasa and English
