Get to Know the Team
Grab is looking for an experienced SalesForce Transformational Strategy and Implementation Analyst to join us as a SalesForce and Sales Tools expert. You will support our rapidly evolving and growing business by translating cross-vertical and cross-functional business requirements into functional SalesForce tools. Our objective is to help our business stakeholders succeed by defining the SalesForce strategy tailored to their needs and guiding them through every stage of the implementation process.
Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will be an important member of the regional team based in Singapore. You will drive SalesForce roadmap planning, operations, and execution processes with cross-functional and cross-vertical teams. You will help define governance and SOPs within the Grab Merchants organisation and lead the execution of key deliverables for SalesForce-related projects.
This is a hybrid role based in Singapore
The Critical Tasks You will Perform
- You will drive SalesForce roadmap planning, operations, and execution processes with various teams.
- You will define and enforce governance and SOPs around SalesForce, including drafting policy documentation and guidelines.
- You will act as the central point of contact for merchants on all SalesForce-related projects and lead the execution of important deliverables according to committed timelines.
- You will support Grab sales teams and leadership on SalesForce-related issues.
- You will conduct workshops with partners and client-facing sales teams to ensure successful implementation.
- You will strategize and define solutions to meet both short-term and long-term business needs and objectives.
- You will use internal and industry tools to manage projects and communication.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Sales Operations Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales Operations.
- SalesForce Expertise: Previous experience with SalesForce, ticketing systems, and CRM systems.
- Certification Knowledge: Understanding of relevant SalesForce Certifications, such as Certified SalesForce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Certified SalesForce Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Certified SalesForce Administrator.
- Project Management: Strategic planning and project management skills to lead multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, adaptable across organizational levels, countries, and cultures. Experience working in Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with senior, cross-functional, and cross-vertical stakeholders throughout the company, leveraging strong relationship and consensus-building skills.
