Our Omnicommerce team in Thailand is dedicated to growing and optimizing our business operations, ensuring our strategies align with Grab's overall objectives. We foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Get to Know the Role

As the Lead for Omni commerce Strategy, you will oversee the growth of our Omni commerce business in Thailand. You will develop business plans, track performance, and collaborate with multiple partners to ensure our strategies are and aligned with market opportunities and customer insights. You will report to Head, Omni commerce • Operations

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

You will:

  1. Lead the growth of the Omni commerce business in Thailand, ensuring the execution of business plans and achievement of financial targets.
  2. Present regular reports on our performance, using data to lead decisions and communicate with team members.
  3. Develop strategic plans for Grab's Omnicommerce operations in Thailand, aligning with our overall goals.
  4. Analyze our performance, user behavior, and the competitive landscape to create applicable insights.
  5. Foster relationships with all partners to ensure understanding on goals and deliverables.
  6. Collaborate with the Regional team to enhance our omnichannel solutions, ensuring they meet local customer needs and expectations.

Qualifications

What Skills You will Need

To perform these tasks, you will need:

  • Experience leading business growth and building strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in preparing data-driven reports.
  • Identify market opportunities and align strategies with our goals.
  • To evaluate performance and find insights from data.
  • Team member management skills to foster relationships and align goals.
  • Experience in product development in collaboration with regional teams.
  • To switch between and tactical execution.
  • To express plans and collaborate across teams.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consultancy or e-commerce, with specific experience in merchant omnicommerce operations being.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis.
  • Strong academic track record with a bachelor's degree.
