The Cloud Infrastructure Engineering team is a dynamic and experienced group responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our cloud-based infrastructure. We play a crucial role in creating efficient and automated solutions that enhances performance, scalability, and security. Our team collaborates closely, leveraging expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and networking configurations to optimize our cloud environment.

Get to Know the Role
We are in search of a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who will contribute in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (Google Cloud Platform). You will report into the Software Engineering Manager and hybrid working in Malaysia. This role requires a focus on automation, with responsibilities including developing and implementing scripts and tools to streamline deployment, scaling, and monitoring processes.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will work with the lead in designing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure.
- You will drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- You will expertly utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies to define and manage infra
- You will develop and optimize networking configurations for robust connectivity and security.
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining high availability and reliability.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have working experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- You are familiar in automating existing stack with a strong background in scripting and tooling.
- You excel in applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies effectively.
- You showcase experience in networking configurations, including VPNs, subnets, and load balancing.
- You are well-versed in security best practices within cloud environments.
- You have a moderate working knowledge of capacity planning, cost analysis, and budgeting related to cloud infrastructure.
