The Trust product team is dedicated to ensuring that transactions and users on our platform are safe, protected, and genuine. Our team optimizes between user experience and minimizing financial losses. We are a cross-functional unit encompassing product, engineering, design, data science, analytics, and business experts. Get to Know the Role

As a Product Manager for the Trust team, you will lead a multidisciplinary group of engineers, designers, and analysts. You will be responsible for creating and executing product strategy and roadmaps. This role directly contributes to the safety and authenticity of the platform, improving user experience and reducing financial risks. You will report to the Senior Product Management Leader, Grab Financial Risk.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

  • You will lead an empowered team to identify platform vulnerabilities and user pain points, brainstorming and implementing solutions to mitigate fraudulent activities.
  • You will collaborate with engineering, data analytics, and design teams to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring the delivery of innovative, user-centric fraud solutions.
  • You will define and communicate product requirements and specifications, thinking creatively and rigorously about problem-solving.
  • You will partner with business counterparts and other stakeholders to define and execute well-structured go-to-market plans.
  • You will define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

What Skills You will Need

  • Product Management Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product management, particularly with a focus on fraud prevention or trust and safety.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in understanding technical specifications and collaborating with engineering teams. Experience with fraud detection tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics, including expertise in tools like SQL, Python, or R. Ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, and business.
  • Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and product roadmaps.
  • Metrics and Impact Measurement: Experience defining key metrics and measuring the impact of product initiatives, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
