Get to Know the Role

It takes a village to give a safe and delightful service to our users and partners. As things get more complex, “the village” needs highly multi-skilled leaders who can lift their head above the noise and push us to do what is truly best for our customers. This is you. You will manage highly complex projects working with various teams in Grab with the purpose of giving our users and partners world class analytics and insights support.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will work independently, assembling large and complex data sets that meet business or analytical needs.
• You will build and deploy data models to optimize the support experience.
• You will collaborate closely with Business or Operations Teams to understand their problem statements and conceptualize analytics frameworks that convert business problems into technical hypotheses.
• You will design and recommend A/B testing to evaluate model performance, interpret experiment results, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• You will develop and maintain data insights and performance dashboards.
• You will be a strong advocate for our users, prioritizing the quality of their experience with us above all else.
• You will lead the charge, influencing and serving to deliver through others.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need:

• We are looking for someone who has at least 4 years of data analytics experience
• You have proven project management skills in executing and delivering projects independently
• You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders across several organization levels and several cultures
• You are well versed in analytical tools such as Power Apps, PowerBI
• You have strong knowledge in SQL to extract large disconnected datasets on Azure/AWS data platform
• This role requires main knowledge of data programming (Python, R)
• You are familiar with User experience function and tools is good to have
• You have working experience with startup environment and understanding of dynamics between design, engineering, product and customer service.
