We are currently seeking a determined and proactive GrabFood Merchant Partner Manager to lead our sales team and drive our growth in the food delivery market. We believe a successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the food delivery industry.   • Lead Sales Team and Drive Growth: Mentor the sales team towards achieving targets and develop strategic plans to exceed customer expectations.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Adjustment: Regularly analyze market trends to maintain competitiveness and align sales strategies with wider company initiatives.
  • Client and Partner Relationship Management: Develop relationships with key clients and identify new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Need

  • Sales Management and Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Sales Manager, preferably with 3 years experience in the food delivery or a related industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team management.
  • Market Understanding and Advertising Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food delivery market dynamics, customer needs, and how effective advertising campaigns can boost sales.
  • Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation Skills: Outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team, along with strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with robust data analysis skills that can influence sales strategies.
  • Start-Up Experience and Core Values: Previous experience in a start-up environment and embodying the company's core values of Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility.
