We’re a high-performing team of passionate, fun-loving, and hardworking individuals from diverse backgrounds who share a common mission: enabling Grab to deliver faster, better, and more efficiently with each product rollout. As a Technical Program Manager in the Grab Tech Governance team, you will collaborate with dynamic engineering teams and support functions, including risk, compliance, legal, finance, and more, to build processes, services, and tools. This role also involves managing regional engagements with Grab's business partners.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager with 8 to 15 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) or a similar leadership role within the tech industry. The ideal candidate has experience working with teams focused on building infrastructure, platforms, products, solutions, and technologies that impact millions of passengers, drivers, and merchants daily. If you have a strong background in managing complex programs and fostering long-term relationships with partners, we’d love to hear from you.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Program Management: Define and drive project timelines and milestones, track and report progress, and resolve impediments.
  • Partner Collaboration: Engage in quarterly planning and prioritization with Grab Partners, ensuring alignment with tech teams.
  • Delivery Management: Ensure that Grab tech teams deliver product offerings as outlined in work orders with partners.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes between Grab and its partners.
  • Issue Resolution: Facilitate discussions to troubleshoot project contracts, implementation details, and remove blockers, considering legal, risk, and compliance areas.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, nurturing relationships with Grab Partners and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.

Qualifications

The Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Have at least 6 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Program, or Account Management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive skills at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing service offerings/usage by partners.
  • Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and regional financial, data, and IP laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing contractual agreements and ensuring accountability.
