Job Description
Get to Know the Team:
Within the geographical perimeter, validate and deploy with the associated cross-functional team or stakeholder on procurement strategy, supplier panel, deploying Procurement levers for productivity. Be compliant to Key Internal control. Drive sustainable productivity results.

The Critical Task you will Perform:
Oversee sourcing activities from spend analysis to contract completion, and identify ways to improve the procurement process.
Implement best practices in Strategic Sourcing, develop commodity strategies, and create business cases with cost/benefit analyses.
Manage risks and opportunities for key commodities, and work to improve processes and collaboration with internal teams.
Prepare and present detailed reports on category and commodity data, draft commercial documents, and manage the legal review process. Lead supplier evaluations and selections.
Maintain contract and supplier databases, review supplier management strategies, manage Service Level Agreements, and monitor supplier performance. Communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
Qualifications
What Essential Skill you will Need:
Possess a degree in Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field.
at least 8 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing within a multinational corporation, including a managerial role.
Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office and possess strong skills in negotiation and sourcing.
Have a solid understanding of commercial law, contract terms and conditions, and vendor management, along with experience in cross-functional teamwork and cultural competency.
Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Display initiative, resourcefulness, and adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining effective organization and planning of work/projects.
