Join the dynamic Grab Ads Philippines team. The team is looking for a seasoned professional in the ad-tech industry to drive our advertising sales. The team collaborates closely to build strong partnerships with top global brands and media agencies, delivering impactful advertising solutions.

Get to Know the Role

As an Assistant Manager, Client Partner, you will play a key role in accelerating sales revenue by developing new accounts and growing existing ones. You will reach out to potential advertisers, nurturing long-term partnerships with leading global brands and media agencies in the Philippines. Your goal is to generate multi-million dollar annual revenue and demonstrate positive results for advertisers using our ad solutions.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

  • You will drive sales revenue by developing new accounts and growing existing ones in Grab Ads.
  • You will foster and secure long-term partnerships with top global brands and media agencies.
  • You will initiate and present business proposals to achieve partners' growth using Grab's advertising solutions.
  • You will work strategically within assigned accounts and verticals to meet targets.
  • You will track and maintain a sales pipeline, aiming to meet a quarterly revenue quota.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Grab Ads team and other internal stakeholders to ensure goal alignment.
  • You will deliver exceptional advertising outcomes, showcasing the value of Grab’s ad solutions.
  • You will present effectively to media managers and senior marketing leaders, creating compelling pitches.
  • You will meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging an incentive scheme.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You will Need

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital media sales in the Philippines.
  • Strong existing relationships with top media agencies and global brands in the Philippines.
  • Experience working and selling to media managers and senior marketing leaders on the agency and brand side.
  • Proficiency in public speaking and negotiating.
  • Ability to create pitches for both long-term and short-term wins, with a track record of success.
  • Team-player mindset, capable of working closely with a team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to deliver against set revenue targets on a quarterly/annual basis.
  • Willingness to learn, improve, and meet assigned revenue targets and tasks.
