Get to Know the Team

Our team oversees, shapes, and grows the business in Grab. We contribute towards Grab’s vision of being Southeast Asia’s super app by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in the Philippines. We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision of serving our community. Get to Know the Role

  • You will be responsible for establishing and managing strong business relationships with merchant partners to drive growth for Omnicommerce products and other Grab verticals.

  • Your primary key performance indicator is to focus on the success of the merchant partners on the platform through consistent and best-in-class support.

  • You will play a crucial role in acquiring merchants for our omni-commerce products, such as dine-in deals and loyalty as a service.

  • You will be part of the Omnicommerce team and will be tasked to support all activities tied to merchant acquisition, engagement and operations.

  • You will assist the team in driving growth for Omnicommerce merchants through negotiation of deals, and optimization of their presence on the Grab platform.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Monitoring all operational activities involved in end-to-end deal making/deal closing with any number of merchant/restaurant partners and increasing the success of existing merchants, aligned with the OKRs of the partners and of Grab.

  • You will ensure that merchant partners are growing with the company. You will take a data-driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner in order to grow basket size, increase volumes, and create loyal customers.

  • Monitor feedback and take insights drawn from analyses, from partner merchants and relay this into actionable activities to other functions within the team.

  • You will work with our product, operations, and marketing teams to make sure merchants have the best possible experience on the Grab platform.

  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all products and services the Grab platform offers.

  • Keep abreast of the market and industry situation and market activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet market changes and merchants’ requirements.


The must haves:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in sales/account management preferably in e-commerce.

  • Merchant-facing tech, F&B, FMCG, or an industry with a fast-paced and competitive environment is an advantage

  • Strong analytical skill and the ability to make data-driven decisions are a must

  • Proven experience in working in teams and comfortability in leading certain initiatives/projects

  • Excellent communication with excellent presentation design and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly in English

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and calm even in a very dynamic and fast-paced working condition
