Get to know the Role:

Reporting to the EPM Manager of Finance Systems, this role will be responsible for the management of Grab’s ARCS application who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes. This is a ‘hands-on’ role for those with exceptional configuration and system development skills in Oracle EPM suite of solutions, namely ARCS. Exposure to solution integration with other ERP systems is desirable.

Further responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

  • Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to implement and support oracle EPM products and technology to meet business needs

  • Expertise to build enhancements to existing applications and ability to manage multiple oracle EPM tools

  • Capability to do root cause analysis and deliver high quality, well-developed solutions within constraints of time.

  • Demonstration of strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Adherence to company IT implementation methodology and documentation standards.


The must haves:

  • Around 5-7 years’ of experience in configuring Oracle EPM modules. Must have complete project lifecycle experience in Account Reconciliation Compliance/ Transaction Matching Process.

  • Must have hands-on experience with ARCS.

  • Ability to set up periods, organizational units and create formats, custom attributes, profiles, reconciliations.

  • Ability to set up match types, configuring auto match rules, loading transactions, running auto-match, confirming suggested matches etc.

  • Ability to understand aging concepts based on business requirements.

  • Must be able to articulate the workflow process for reconciliations.

  • Familiar in passing GL, sub-ledger and intercompany adjustments

  • Good experience in loading GL and subledger data to ARCS.

  • Must be able to build reports using rtf template and SQL scripting.

  • Good documentation and presentation skills.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Really nice to haves:

  • Experience in Data Management or FDMEE

  • Working Knowledge on SQL Scripting

  • Good knowledge on BI Publisher
