Get to know the Team:
The Growth team supports the Deliveries businesses (GrabFood, GrabMart & GrabExpress) in building and incubating new business growth levers/models. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual possessing strong analytical skills to join the team in solving strategic and operational challenges. Projects managed by the team often involve analysis with large data sets, creative problem-solving and deriving insights to formulate high-impact solutions.

If you’re a strategic thinker who enjoys project management, solving complicated problems and is comfortable with ambiguity, this is the team for you!
The Day-to-day Activities:
Monitor business metrics and manage weekly reporting to the relevant stakeholders
Provide analytical data support for Deliveries growth projects
Support experiments/initiatives aimed at improving and finding product/market fit
Facilitate product feature rollouts, particularly in determining configuration settings, backed with data-driven analysis and understanding of the business landscape
Support, execute and coordinate across teams on company-wide projects and other ad-hoc initiatives with tight deadlines
The Must haves:
Strong academic track record, currently enrolled in a university program in Business, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Operations Management, etc.
Savvy analytics, strategic thinking, strong execution and the interpersonal ability to work with different stakeholders across the organization
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; vivid storytelling skills with Powerpoint
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment; all ready to hustle!
Good to haves:
Prior experience in relevant fields (Business Analytics, Process Improvement, Strategy & Planning, Consulting, Tech, Go-to-Market, Operating Model etc.)
Entrepreneurial, ability to think outside the box
Knowledge of SQL
