💼 Role Description

We are seeking a Senior SaaS Full-Stack Engineer to join our founding team. This role is central to building and scaling Globeholder.ai’s core SaaS platform and ensuring its successful deployment across industries.

You will work across the full stack — from front-end and back-end development to cloud infrastructure and on-premise deployments. A strong background in AI/ML production environments, Python, and GitLab CI/CD workflows is essential, as you’ll collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate geospatial foundation models into production-ready solutions.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, GIS, and SaaS, with a direct hand in shaping how industries adopt and scale next-generation geospatial intelligence.

🔑 Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python.
• Architect and implement microservices and micro-architectures powering Globeholder.ai’s geospatial AI platform.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code and functions, ensuring code quality through unit testing, stress testing, and technical validation.
• Set up and maintain automated test frameworks (unit, integration, performance).
• Deploy and manage infrastructure with Terraform and AWS.
• Ensure security best practices across the stack and in client-facing deployments.
• Lead on-premise deployments and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to bring geospatial foundation models into production environments.
• Manage GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines for robust and reliable delivery.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python.
• Proven experience in microservices and micro-architecture design.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) and Terraform.
• Experience in designing and executing unit tests, stress tests, and technical validation workflows.
• Strong understanding of security practices for SaaS and enterprise software.
• Experience with on-premise deployments and system integrations.
• Solid database expertise (SQL & NoSQL).
• Proven experience with AI/ML model integration in production environments.
• Practical experience with GitLab and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent English speaker, with excellent communication skills.
