As we scale rapidly, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with consulting experience and strong analytical capabilities, eager to take ownership in a fast-paced AI startup.

💼 Role Description

As Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic and operational partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment, execution, and problem-solving across the company. You will structure priorities, drive cross-functional projects, and bring solutions to operational challenges.

Your scope will span strategy, operations, pre-sales, recruitment, and special projects, making this a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of building and scaling a high-growth startup.

🔑 Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives.
• Support day-to-day operations, solving challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities: client proposals, presentations, demos, and commercial follow-up.
• Lead aspects of recruitment and HR operations (sourcing, onboarding, employee engagement).
• Drive project management across teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct market and competitor research, delivering insights for strategic decisions.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive communications.
• Anticipate operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO in internal and external engagements.

🛠️ Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker (written and spoken) — mandatory.
• Graduate from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• 3+ years of experience at a Big 5 consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, PwC, Deloitte, etc.).
• 3+ years project management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with ability to learn quickly.
• Result-driven, highly motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills across multiple workstreams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with leadership, clients, and partners.
• Previous exposure to startups, AI/ML, or geospatial industries is a plus.
