The Role

We are looking for an intentional marketer who will have a deep knowledge of how to manage new and existing vendor relations. You will be a strategist who is comfortable leading a wide variety of initiatives and working with multiple systems, teams, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll orchestrate vendor relations, 3rd party media strategy, campaign execution, assist with review sites and reputation management, develop, and execute comprehensive demand and lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will:

  • Own end-to-end execution of various marketing demand generation programs ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and deliver on time and budget.
  • Understand and manage the holistic customer experience across multiple marketing channels.
  • Identify new target audiences, channels and platforms that expand our presence.
  • Maintain new and existing vendor relationships through vetting and assessment.
  • Measure and optimize vendor campaigns based on critical metrics like pipeline and revenue, while improving efficiencies and audience growth
  • Create podcasts, webinars, sponsored events, eblasts, newsletters review sites and other effective market communications.
  • Gather specific content and assets that will positively impact campaign goals and target audience behaviour.
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
  • Support Account Based Marketing Initiatives
  • Drive collaboration and help inform strategy of content deliverables across various teams.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field required.
  • 2-3+ years in demand marketing (ideally SaaS)
  • A good balance of creative, strategic, analytical, and operational thinking
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital.
  • Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management.
  • Marketing passion and proficiency at strategic storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a wide range of diverse audiences both internally and externally
  • Be a team player who likes to have fun and contribute to a successful team.
  • Project management experience with ability to prioritize based on channel and company goals.

Additional Skills an Asset

  • Experience with Salesforce and or related/similar CRM software
  • Experience managing 5-7+ vendors in tandem.
  • Understanding API integrations
  • Experience with Marketo and Marketing Operations
