About the Role:

Are you a finance / venture capital professional with a passion for space technology and innovation? Do you have a deep understanding of financial strategies, IPOs, investor relations, and regulatory compliance, especially for fast-growing startups? If so, we want you to join our team as a Financial Lead. As the right-hand person to our CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with potential and current investors, especially venture capital in the US, including CVC. Communicate financial performance, strategy, and key milestones to investors and stakeholders.
• Identify and engage with venture capitalists, private equity firms, and strategic partners to secure funding, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and execute a comprehensive IPO strategy, including timeline, regulatory compliance, and investor outreach.
• Prepare and manage the company’s budget, forecast, and financial projections.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuation to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
• Proven experience (7+ years) with venture capital itself, startup fundraising, equity financing, or M&A transactions, preferably in the technology or aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, EDGAR filing, and investor relations.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Passion for technology, innovation, space technology and exploration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
