Description

As Head of Gett Delivery Business Unit, the role is to lead the overall business unit performance and strategy, with full ownership over growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer experience across the Delivery organization. The role is responsible for defining priorities, translating business goals into execution plans, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in a highly dynamic and competitive market.

The role combines general management, strategic leadership, commercial ownership, and operational execution, with direct responsibility for the business unit’s performance across B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full business unit P&L, including revenue growth, margin management, cost discipline, and achievement of annual business targets.
  • Define and lead the Delivery business strategy, roadmap, and priorities across customer segments, operational flows, and growth initiatives.
  • Translate data, market trends, and business insights into clear action plans that improve performance, reliability, and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, R&D, Data, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution against business goals.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for growth, monetization, automation, and process improvement, while balancing customer experience and unit economics.
  • Oversee supply-demand marketplace health, including reliability, operational efficiency, pricing logic, and scalable business processes.
  • Drive organizational focus and execution cadence through KPI management, recurring business reviews, and prioritization of high-impact initiatives.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Delivery business unit team, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Represent the Delivery business unit in executive discussions and decision-making forums, providing visibility on performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Explore and promote new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels that can expand the Delivery business and support long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Deliver annual business unit targets across revenue, profitability, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Improve business unit profitability through focused monetization initiatives, cost efficiency measures, and stronger operational discipline.
  • Establish a clear and recurring execution framework for the business unit, including KPI reviews, prioritization routines, and cross-functional follow-up.
  • Improve marketplace performance by strengthening reliability, balancing supply and demand, and optimizing business processes at scale.
  • Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives that support business growth, operational automation, and improved customer experience.
  • Create stronger alignment between Delivery and internal stakeholders such as Product, R&D, Data, Finance, and Commercial teams to accelerate execution and reduce organizational friction.
  • Support the launch and scale of new business models, service offerings, or verticals within the Delivery unit.
  • Build a scalable and high-performing business unit structure, including clear ownership, onboarding of new team members, and effective collaboration across domains.
