Description
The Gett Delivery Customer Care representative acts as a liaison between Gett Delivery, its couriers and clients. The customer care is a vital part of our service. As customer care representative you are an integral part of the courier support and dispatch service.
As part of your responsibility you’ll be required to act in a kind and highly professional manner.
To be available to a minimum of 4 shifts a week during the following time slots (including Holidays):
o Sunday to Thursday: 08.00 – 16.00 and 15.00 – 23.00.
o Friday: 08.00 – 16.00
Requirements
· To ensure that all orders are picked up or assigned to a Gett courier.
· Liaise with the clients when their order is delayed.
· To record any inquiries or complaints from couriers and clients.
· Knowledge and awareness of all relevant processes and procedures, and to proactively refresh your knowledge of the latest technological updates to the dispatch systems and courier units.
