Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for a maternity leave replacement. This role focuses on leading recruitment efforts for our Operations and Customer Service units. If you are a proactive recruiter who thrives in high-energy environments and specializes in identifying talent for service-oriented roles, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various Operations and Customer Service positions -from sourcing and screening to HR interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers in the Ops and Service departments to understand their specific needs and provide market insights.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Gett’s professional values and brand.
  • Maintain the ATS, monitor recruitment metrics, and identify opportunities to streamline the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven focus on Service Centers, Operations, or Non-Tech roles.
  • Strong diagnostic and interviewing skills with the ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) is a must.
  • Hybrid work model - requiring 3 days a week in the office (Tel Aviv).
