As an R&D Program Manager, you will play a key role in managing complex Agile technology projects as well as help shape the way teams are working in Agile.

Key responsibilities:
- Motivate and align cross-functional teams by building trust, fostering collaboration, and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
- Lead complex cross-company projects from initiation to adoption, ensuring effective planning and execution.
- Refine processes to enhance collaboration with R&D and Product teams, improving project delivery.
- solve challenges, and drive impactful outcomes independently.
- Promote continuous improvement by addressing workflow gaps, optimizing processes, and supporting team success.
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies, refine workflows, and implement best practices organization-wide.
- Establish metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Increase transparency through constant communication with stakeholders, including Product, Operations, and leadership.
Requirements
Skills and experience:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in Program management/ PMO
- Profound project management experience in the software industry
- PMP Certification
- Experience in Jira administration
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Decision making, task prioritization, and on-time delivery capabilities
- Lead without authority skills
- Independent, think outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in quality methodologies / CI / CD– advantage
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
