We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented B2B Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will proactive contact with customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Daily initiated activity contacting customers who stop their business activity.
- Manage and answer inquiries regarding how to use our business portal & App.
- Solving online problems for customers.
- Increasing % of riding accounts.
- Reducing churn rate.
- Delivering daily statistics as directed by the manager.
Requirements
- Experience as a Service and Sales Representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on empathy and building rapport.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
