We are looking for a team player Production Planner to join our Operations department in Rehovot
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the production schedule, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze production capacity and optimize resources to improve efficiency.
- Track and evaluate resource and material needs for production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Integration, Engineering, QA, and Procurement.
- Develop capacity simulations and identify potential production bottlenecks.
- Establish standard time mechanisms, validate production data, and analyze labor costs.
- Assess and improve the effectiveness of the production process.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Practical Engineer also considered).
- 2+ years of experience in PP&C/ Production/ Supply Chain/ Operations.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems (MRP module focus).
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, pay attention to detail, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
