Get SAT is looking for a Hardware NPI Engineer to join our growing team.
Our Hardware NPI team turns cutting-edge electronic designs into production-ready solutions for advanced satellite communication systems—supporting the full journey from early development and integration to testing and global production.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering support for electronic boards throughout the product lifecycle – from R&D to mass production.
  • Lead NPI processes, including coordination between R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and quality departments.
  • Manage and implement engineering change orders (ECOs) in collaboration with the development team.
  • Prepare and maintain assembly documentation (Assembly Notes) and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Define and support hardware testing procedures.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and resolve hardware-related production issues.
  • Analyze BOMs (Bill of Materials), check component availability, and find suitable alternatives when needed.
  • Interface with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
  • Work with engineering and manufacturing information systems (ERP, CAD, PLM).

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar hardware-related role (NPI / Integration / R&D).
  • Strong understanding and ability to read electronic schematics and electrical diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, etc.
  • Experience with BOM analysis and electronic component sourcing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Priority – an advantage).
  • Experience working with PCB design tools (Altium – an advantage).
  • Strong technical writing skills – ability to write documents in both Hebrew and English.
  • High level of English – speaking, reading, and writing.
