Overview



We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager - Motorsports in our Atlanta, GA location. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through new business development and existing client account management and promoting the full range of MYLAPS products and services while upholding our unwavering commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

  • Build relationships with customers and other players in the industry
  • Manage customer contact that allows for regular face-to-face visits with key accounts
  • Manage strategic sales plans to drive business growth, capitalize on market opportunities, and exceed sales targets
  • Provide market intelligence to inform product management and the development roadmap
  • Work closely with various departments to obtain the appropriate information and pricing to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences
  • Engage in budget setting, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Manage pipeline through Salesforce, lead generation, and sales territory & partner planning
  • Professionally represent MYLAPS at local, regional, and national sports trade shows and events
  • Ability to travel 50-75%

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (including outside sales, retail sales, sales into a retail environment, or similar) with a proven track record in meeting sales targets OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of sales successes
  • Demonstrates a service-oriented, customer focus with proven experience in relationship building and providing quality customer service experiences
  • Exceptional communication oral/written and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and quality
  • Must be an articulate and fluent communicator, written and verbal, and at ease with public speaking
  • Must possess the ability to maintain flexibility to travel (50%-75% of time or greater), including the ability to work weekend events/ tradeshows
