【Mission】
- Develop and implement channel marketing programs to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with channel partners to ensure the execution of in-store displays are in alignment with brand Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.
- Evaluate and manage external suppliers for the development of VM materials, ensuring consistency with brand VM standards, adherence to budget constraints, and suitability for specific market requirements.
- Support and supervise channel partners in executing marketing programs to drive product sales.
- Continuously improve and optimize channel marketing initiatives through analysis and feedback.
- Plan and coordinate product launches and other channel marketing events, catering to both partners and customers.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing programs.
- Budget management and planning
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisors
【Qualifications】
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, or related fields.
Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with partners and suppliers.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate the performance of marketing programs and suggest improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools or software.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic knowledge of Visual Merchandising is a plus.
