【Mission】
The Technical Training Specialist plays a key role in bridging product technology and customer usage.
This position is responsible for deeply understanding Garmin products in actual use environments and effectively delivering technical knowledge. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role helps strengthen product value and customer trust.
【Job Description】
- Conduct technical inspections and evaluations of Garmin products based on real-world usage scenarios
- Executing field tests and compiling research reports
- Provide clear technical explanations and product result briefings to customers
- Plan and manage product training as a subject-matter expert
- Deliver internal product training and develop training materials
- Monitor, manage, and resolve technical product issues
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to support product promotion and education
- Handle repairs, developing and testing of Garmin products
【Qualifications】
Work Experience:
- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in product training, technical training, or customer support
- Technical background or hands-on experience in electronics repair required, and/or a background in engineering, telecommunications, or customer service preferred
Skills:
- Strong collaboration skills working across multiple teams
- Experience with multiple outdoor activities such as running, diving, golf, cycling, etc. strongly preferred
- Business-level English proficiency (both written and verbal)
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers
- Excellent presentation and training delivery skills
