Overview
We are seeking a full-time Business Analyst in our Santiago, Chile location. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales and financial data to report to management and to highlight operational problems.
Essential Functions
- Prepare and analyze management reports
- Design, implement and update business dashboards
- Conduct monthly budget reviews with department directors
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget
- Recommend internal process changes which will lead to greater financial and operating efficiency
- Prepare and analyze competitive market information and reports
- Administration of Marketplace and eCommerce (Pricing, Products Catalog, Order Management, Invoicing Processes)
Support the financial operation of the company (Cash Management, Reporting and Auditing) - Assume other finance and commercial responsibilities as needed
- Prepare monthly balance account reconciliation for Trial Balance presentation
- Support and assist on A/P and A/R recon account
- Work on bank reconciliation process monthly (including collection and disbursement on each bank account)
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, IT, or related field AND a minimum of 3 years’ work experience
English proficiency - Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of financial analysis methods
- Demonstrates proficient presentation skills
- Must be detail-oriented, have the ability to work proactively/effectively with minimal supervision, and have the ability to prioritize/multi-task in a flexible, fast paced, and challenging environment
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
- Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and quality
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working for a company with global operations
Prior Oracle experience - Experience with business intelligence and financial reporting systems (Qlik, PowerBI).
- Sports person or outdoor activities enjoyment
