Overview
We are seeking a part-time Operations Associate Seasonal (2nd Shift: 4pm - 8pm) in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for working in either the Distribution Center, loading, unloading and moving material or the Manufacturing Center, assembling electronic components while following procedures as assigned.
Essential Functions
Warehouse – Material Handler:
- Load, unload, and move material
- Responsible for accuracy of inventory, transactions, and material movement
- Receive, transact and sort material
- Follow Electronic Static Discharge (ESD) guidelines for static sensitive materials
- Pack materials to ensure adequately delivery to internal/external customers
- Able to operate RF device to transact and move material
- Able to safely/efficiently operate one or two pieces of powered industrial equipment (ex. dock stocker or powered pallet jack) depending on departmental responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years old
- Must possess the ability to bend, twist and lift up to 55 pounds while using safe lifting techniques, standing for an entire shift and walking long distances throughout the facility
- Must possess a high degree of dexterity and eye coordination, to allow manipulation of buttons, switches, hand tools and knobs on delicate equipment, products and parts, in the performance of essential functions
- This position will require the ability to sit, stand, look down, bend, twist and have dexterity with hands
- Strong experience and aptitude with computers
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others

- Previous related experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
