Responsibilities
Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives; lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Financial Operations: Oversee accounting, audits, tax, and compliance; ensure accuracy in financial reporting and statutory filings; manage internal controls.
Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support equity, debt, and government funding initiatives; manage investor reporting, due diligence, and financial documentation.
Treasury & Cash flow Management: Monitor liquidity, working capital, and cash flow planning; oversee banking operations, FX exposure, and vendor payments.
Board & MIS Reporting: Design and deliver MIS dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis; present strategic financial insights to leadership and the Board.
Team & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the finance team; collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and business teams to drive financial efficiency.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to Companies Act, FEMA, and related laws; oversee statutory filings, governance documentation, and audit readiness.
Requirements
Requirements
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA); CS qualification preferred.
Experience: 4–6 years in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles, preferably in start-ups or high-growth tech environments.
Proven expertise in financial strategy, compliance, MIS reporting, and fundraising support.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in financial tools, ERPs, and advanced Excel/modelling.
Prior experience in space-tech, aerospace, or deep-tech domains will be a plus.
