Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our business development and sales functions by ensuring seamless operational execution across lead management, CRM upkeep, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Key Responsibilities:● Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
● Customize and configure CRM workflows, fields, and automation to meet evolving business needs.
● Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
● Train team members on CRM best practices and ensure adoption across departments.
● Create, analyze, and present reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making.
● Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with internal/external teams to implement solutions.
● Manage integrations between the CRM and other business tools (marketing automation, analytics, etc.).
Requirements
Pre-Requisites:
● MBA from a recognized institution.
● 1–2 years of experience in business operations, sales support, or a similar role.
● Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and strong command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
