GalaxEye Space, is a deep-tech Space start-up spun off from IIT-Madras and is currently based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We are dedicated to advancing the frontiers of space exploration. Our mission is to develop cutting-edge solutions that address the challenges of the modern space industry by specialising in developing a constellation of miniaturised, multi-sensor SAR+EO satellites.

Our new age technology enables all-time, all-weather imaging, this with leveraging advanced processing and AI capabilities, we ensure near real-time data delivery and are glad to highlight that we have successfully demonstrated these imaging capabilities, the first of its kind in the world, across various platforms such as Drones as well as HAPS (High-Altitude Pseudo Satellites).
As a Founders Office Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Founders Office team, assisting with strategic initiatives and contributing to the smooth operation of key business functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES

● Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Founders Office team on high-priority strategic initiatives & projects, providing research, analysis and actionable insights.

● Operational Excellence: Assist in the management of day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and seamless execution of tasks.

● Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to streamline communication and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

● Project Management: Oversee and drive select projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

● Problem-Solving: Address ad hoc challenges and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and overall team productivity.


Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / B.Eng / B.Com / BSc Economics or other relevant fields.

● 1 - 2 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in a Founders Office, strategy or other similar roles.

Key Skills and Attributes:

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Proficiency in project management and organisational tools.

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
