Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join FOSSA Systems at a critical growth stage. You will be responsible for all day-to-day finance activities, managing external accounting providers, ensuring financial compliance, and delivering accurate reporting. In parallel, you will support fundraising processes, investor relations, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, cash flow, and payroll with external accounting partners.
• Deliver monthly financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial controls, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Prepare financial models, support due diligence, and assist in fundraising and investor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP/IFRS and tax obligations.
• Advise leadership on financial performance and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Economics, Finance or similar graduate. MBA, CFA are nice-to-have.
• 5+ years’ experience in finance or accounting with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in technology, aerospace, or industrial companies.
• Must have demonstrated Experience with fundraising, due diligence, or financial modeling at a Startup.
• Strong GAAP accounting knowledge and advanced Excel/financial systems skills.
• Hands-on mindset with leadership potential.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 Minimum).
