The Opportunity
Flock is building a world-class partner ecosystem fully integrated with a finely tuned go-to-market engine. Partnerships serve as a force multiplier for revenue growth, product differentiation, and market expansion - transforming the ecosystem into a core driver of Flock’s private-sector success. Partners will engage through seamless, scalable programs that deliver measurable impact across sales, product adoption, and customer value.
The Private Sector Partnerships Director will help bring this vision to life. This leader will source, structure, and scale the partnerships that fuel Flock’s GTM engine - including channel partnerships, technology integrations, and bundled offerings that unlock new markets and customer segments. By driving measurable sales outcomes and product adoption through partnerships, this individual will turn partner strategy into operational reality. This role will also refine partner monetization models, scale partner-driven adoption of Flock’s APIs and products, and contribute to M&A and build/buy/partner strategy - helping position Flock as the ecosystem leader in public and private-sector markets.
Key Responsibilities
Source & Structure Revenue-Driving Partnerships: Identify, prioritize, and execute partnerships that directly contribute to Flock’s private-sector sales growth and product differentiation
Own Deal Execution & Commercial Outcomes: Lead the full deal lifecycle - from sourcing through negotiation and launch - with clear accountability for driving qualified pipeline, closed-won revenue, and margin impact
Drive Partner-Enabled Product Adoption: Structure partnerships that accelerate adoption of Flock’s core products and APIs, helping to scale private-sector deployments and deepen customer value
Manage High-Impact Partner Relationships: Build and manage strategic relationships with channel partners, technology providers, and OEMs to drive sustained revenue growth and product success
Collaborate on Product-Led Partnerships: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify integration opportunities, shape product roadmaps, and ensure partnerships deliver differentiated customer value
Influence Private Sector GTM: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partnerships are fully leveraged in private-sector go-to-market motions and field enablement
Refine Partner Programs & Monetization: Continuously improve partner programs, incentive models, and monetization strategies to maximize both revenue contribution and product outcomes
Measure & Report Partner Impact: Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that clearly track partner contribution to pipeline, bookings, product adoption, and customer outcomes in the private sector
Support Ecosystem Strategy & Corporate Development: Contribute to ecosystem strategy, build/buy/partner evaluations, and support Corporate Development initiatives with market insights and partner intelligence
The Skillset
Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable partnership plans that drive revenue growth, product adoption, and market differentiation in the private sector.
Deep experience sourcing, structuring, and negotiating high-impact partnerships, including channel agreements, technology integrations, and OEM relationships.
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable sales outcomes (pipeline generation, closed-won revenue, margins) and product outcomes (adoption, customer NPS, differentiation) through partnerships.
Skilled at leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Finance to ensure partnership success.
Experience designing and scaling partner programs, tiering models, monetization frameworks, and operational processes that maximize partner impact and efficiency.
Strong understanding of partnership financial modeling, monetization strategies, and partner ROI analysis; capable of evaluating partnership impact on P&L and growth KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft board-level materials, lead strategic partner discussions, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, technology trends, and market dynamics relevant to Flock’s business and product roadmap; ability to translate insights into strategic actions.

90 Days at Flock

The First 30 Days
You will have ramped up on Flock’s private-sector GTM strategy, sales motions, and key partnership priorities.
You will have conducted deep dives into existing commercial partnerships, understanding their impact on pipeline and product adoption.
You will have completed a gap analysis of Flock’s current partner portfolio, monetization models, and integration offerings.
You will have built strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
You will have identified and recommended top short-term opportunities to accelerate revenue and product adoption through partnerships.
You will have executed 1–2 quick wins - such as advancing a stalled deal or improving partner-facing sales enablement - to build early momentum.
You will have proposed initial KPIs and reporting cadences to track partner-driven sales and product outcomes.
The First 60 Days
You will be actively sourcing and progressing new high-impact partnership opportunities aligned with Flock’s private-sector revenue and product objectives
You will have deepened your understanding of Flock’s partner ecosystem, API opportunities, and product roadmap
You will have advanced deal execution on priority partnerships, with at least one progressing toward LOI or contract stage
You will have formalized operating rhythms with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to drive accountability for partnership outcomes
You will have developed or refined partner tiering, monetization models, and enablement processes to improve partner-driven sales effectiveness
You will have standardized and expanded any early commercial partnership wins or process improvements
90 Days & Beyond
Your partnership efforts will be actively influencing pipeline and closed-won revenue in Flock’s private-sector business
Early partnerships under your leadership will be driving measurable product adoption and improved customer outcomes
The commercial partner ecosystem will have clear tiering, incentives, and enablement aligned to sales and product goals
Partner performance tracking and reporting will be embedded in Sales and GTM review processes (MBRs, QBRs)
Cross-functional operating rhythms will be in place and driving effective execution of partner initiatives across Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing
At least 1–2 new strategic partnerships will have launched or advanced materially toward launch to support revenue acceleration and product differentiation

The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.
The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more.
Salary & Equity
In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $195,000 and $230,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.
