The opportunity:

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, supporting the accounting department by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will play a crucial role in providing financial insights to guide decision-making and improve financial performance.

You will:

• Prepare Journal entries, account reconciliation and financial reporting for Flexport legal entities;
• Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
• Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
• Support the Management in all aspects of financial accounting, reporting systems, procedures and policies;
• Play an important role in promoting systems/process development within department to ensure ongoing efficiency and control improvements;
• Internal audit/external audit coordinating and supporting
• Manage regular tax returns, tax coordination and supporting
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and guidelines.
• Adhere to internal control policies and procedures.
• Participate or lead ad hoc projects and assignments

You should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance or another related field.
• 3+ years’ GL accounting experience in MNC or Big 4 firms
• Knowledge of US & PRC GAAP is preferred. CTA, CPA, or equal certification is a plus.
• Fluent in business English, both verbal and written
• Advanced level in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.) and Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to be self-motivated, cope with minimal supervision in order to maintain both personal and team effectiveness.
• High learning agility and ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines on critical projects
