We're looking for a Director of Revenue Operations & Technology who will lead and manage the revenue operations and GTM systems team. This individual will develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for optimizing the company's revenue growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success. This role will report to the VP of Business Operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the RevOps and GTM Systems teams, including setting goals and objectives, providing feedback and coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the RevOps and GTM system's performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure revenue operations processes align with their needs and goals.
  • Develop and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate systems and tools and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain a sales compensation plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Partner with FP&A on budgeting and headcount planning.

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or business operations.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Operations processes, including marketing, sales, and customer success operations.
  • Experience managing (SFDC) and other GTM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize systems to support business objectives.
